CEO – Institute of Residential Property Management

A Fellow of the Institute of Residential Property Management and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Andrew started his residential PRS and leasehold management practice in 1995, selling in 2011.  Andrew was UK Residential Director at RICS from 2013-2016, before joining IRPM, the UK’s leading provider of professional qualifications and learning in the leasehold management and Build-to-Rent sectors.  Andrew is passionate about raising standards across the residential property management sectors and encouraging property professionals to be a progressive and ethical force for good.



Cassandra Zanelli

Partner, PM Legal Services

Award winning Cassandra heads PM Legal Services. An acknowledged leader in her field, she is recognised principally for her expertise in the First Tier Tribunal.  Cassandra is a well respected speaker, invited to address key national and regional conferences.  Cassandra is a member of the ARMA Advisory Panel, a Honorary Consultant to the FPRA, and has the privilege of judging the ARMA Ace awards.  Passionately about sharing knowledge, Cassandra writes and maintains PM Legal Hub, a free online resource for property management professionals.



Jonathan Walton

Director, Whitley Stimpson Limited

Jonathan has been a director for 22 years, helping mostly SME enterprises grow and reach their aims, including several business sales and acquisitions along the way. Like many of his clients, he owns his own business, which adds to his understanding of the challenges they face.

Jonathan is also an RI for audit purposes having done audits all of his working life. He also completes ATOL and SRA audits.



Lee Gregori MIRPM, MIWFM, AssocRics

Head of Warwick Premier

As head of Warwick Premier, Lee’s aim is to put a focus back on service delivery in estate management.  Ensuring directors, leaseholders, tenants, contractors and anyone else involved in a Warwick Premier site are met with ease in communication, reasonable expectations of close-out on tasks, and afforded continuous service delivery.

Having worked in the industry for over 10 years, Lee has held various roles including Operations Manager at a major southern developer and a number of leading residential property management firms, working with some of the largest developers, freeholders and investors in the property industry.

Whilst remaining strategically focused, he takes a very “hands on” approach, and is known for building strong teams that work together to meet both client and business objectives, ensuring the very highest levels of customer service.


Martin Davis

Energy Portfolio Strategic Director

Martin has extensive experience of the energy industry over the last 12 years. His experience falls within the RICS/ ARMA and real estate market having assumed senior positions at British Gas and E.ON.

He has successfully developed and managed the commercial propositions for the energy property divisions managing clients such as CBRE, Savills and Countrywide.

He is now responsible for market leading propositions for one of the UK’s largest managing agent specialist.



Dr Nigel Glen

CEO, Association of Residential Managing Agents

Nigel has an extensive international career in downstream oil, financial software and investment banking.  He founded a property management company in 2009 and joined the board of ARMA in 2015.  In 2016 he was appointed as ARMA’s CEO.

Nigel represents ARMA in its interactions with Government Ministries, Parliament, relevant bodies, TV and press.  He is a frequent contributor of articles and presentations on all aspects of leasehold.



Michael Lee BSc(Hons), MRICS

Chartered Surveyor and Director, Michael R Lee (Surveyors) Limited

After 30 years of practising, 17 of which were as Equity Partner and Managing Director, in residential valuations, surveying and property management, Michael decided to get back to what he enjoys most; his professional work.  So, in 2017, he set up his own practice.

Michael has 30 years experience in estate management (both leasehold and lettings), surveying, residential valuations and as an expert witness. This allows him to deal with a wide range of issues and properties, both very large and small, for clients directly from referrals through a growing number of solicitors, barristers and property managers.  A significant growth area is that of Single Joint Expert in Court and Tribunal proceedings.

Michael’s unique expertise across the sector provides his clients with down to earth 360 problem solving ability combined with evidence-based advice that is easily understood.



Paul Robertson

Managing Director, Midway Insurance Services Limited

Paul is managing director of Midway Insurance Services Limited, the parent company to 1st Sure Flats, recognised as specialist brokers in the block insurance market and five-times winners in the Property Management Awards.  Paul is passionate about ensuring the right outcome for flat owners who are the ultimate beneficiaries and pay the premium.  He regularly gives lectures and speaks on best practices on the leasehold insurance market, and is considered of the countries leading experts in insurance for blocks of flats as well as being known for his ways to make insurance a more interesting topic.

Following the success of our previous conferences, we’ve decided to hold our Christmas conferences in London and Sheffield.


Times and refreshments

Registration is from 1:15pm, with a conference start time of 1:45pm.  The conferences will finish around 5:15pm, and will be followed by a drinks reception with nibbles.
